Health Focus Talk – Developing a new hospice for Winchester

Come and hear about the end of life care provided at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which was rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) after their most recent inspection. You’ll hear about our plans to refurbish Burrell House, located within the grounds of Royal Hampshire County Hospital, into a 10-bedded hospice.

Specialist doctors and members of the palliative care team will present and be available for questions.

The talk is free and an opportunity for patients and the public to hear about what is happening at our hospitals, meet the Trust’s management team and to ask questions.

Everyone in the community can become members of Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT), by filling in a simple form here on the website  or by picking up a leaflet at one of the Trust’s three hospitals in Andover, Basingstoke or Winchester. You can also come along to the talk and sign up on the day.

If you would like to find out more about becoming a member of HHFT, or information about future meetings, visit our website
