IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR GP's

 

 

 

Docman Rejection – MESH-enabled GP Practices (i.e. using EMIS or SystmOne)

To ensure that HHFT can receive meaningful Docman rejection feedback from MESH-enabled GP Practices, HHFT has developed this rejection service to support the capturing of all necessary information in a simple format.

If you believe that your GP Practice has received electronic clinical correspondence in error or you have problems viewing it, please notify Hampshire Hospitals (HHFT) in one of the following ways:

  • by accessing this link: Send HHFT a Docman rejection via email.
    • This will open a populated email template in your default email application - which must be a from a nhs.net email address. (Please note this method does not apply to practices using Docman 10 or  Docman 7.)
    • Please complete the email, supplying all information requested

 

  • by using the following email template. 
    • If it has not been possible to successfully open a new email via the link above, please create a new email manually and copy/paste the To, Subject, and Body sections exactly as below,

Subject: Rejection of patient correspondence sent electronically by Hampshire Hospitals.
Body:
Please note: This email template should only be used by MESH GP Practices (i.e. EMIS or SystmOne) to notify HHFT that electronic clinical correspondence is rejected.

If clinical correspondence received by post is believed to be an error, please return to sender with reason enclosed, as is current practice.

  • Complete the fields as required and send the email from your nhs.net email address

 

Your rejection will then be processed at HHFT and your correspondence will be resent to the correct practice or any errors corrected by the relevant specialty.

•    For security purposes, all emails that are received

  • from email addresses not suffixed with @nhs.net
  • that are non-standard format or
  • that contain attachments will be deleted.

 



 

 

Change to service provider


Until 1 April 2023, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust provided community dermatology services.

However, since April 2023, the Mid Hampshire community dermatology service is now managed by About Health Ltd
