Our ENT department provide comprehensive and specialised care that manages a wide range of clinical conditions for people related not just specifically to the ear, nose and throat, but also other areas in the head and neck region. We provide a full range of out-patient and surgical ENT treatment, as well as a variety of sub-specialty clinics, often with other specialists present, to focus on more complex conditions.
Our team of clinicians specialise in a wide spectrum of diseases and disorders that affect the ENT system including snoring and sleep disorders, skin surgery, Meniere's and tinnitus to glue ear, nasal polyps, laryngitis, grommets, thyroid conditions, complex rhinology, head and neck surgery for people with head and neck cancer and much more. The department works closely with audiology and speech and language therapy to provide professional and friendly health care to adults and children of all ages.
The ENT service operates out of all three of our Hampshire Hospitals sites, at Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover. As well as providing community clinics at Alton.

We also have close links with Frimley Park NHS Foundation Trust (FPH) and University Hospitals Southampton Foundation Trust (UHS) as part of our ENT networks.
Hampshire Hospitals also works closely with tier 2 community ENT services provided by the North Hampshire Alliance (NHA) Referral Advisory Service (RAS) for Basingstoke and the Concordia ENT community service for Winchester and Andover. These services operate in the community to provide dedicated ENT care that does not require specialist ENT consultant input. Should you require specialist ENT input following your appointment you will be referred onto Hampshire Hospitals.
