Welcome to your community stop smoking service. Smokefree Hampshire is a free stop smoking service in Hampshire. We provide stop smoking support to people who live, work or study in the region.
With help from our specialist advisors, and the use of NRT as well as E-Cigs medication, smokers are five times more likely to succeed than trying to quit on their own.
We are e-cigarette friendly and are able to supply e-cigarettes vouchers, we can also give behavioural support that makes a big difference to help people who want to stop smoking.

Smokefree Hampshire can be accessed by self-referral or via a healthcare professional. We have appointment-based community clinics located across the region, as well as a ‘drop-in’ mobile van clinic that can also provide face to face support. The service can also be accessed by visiting one of our trained stop smoking advisors at any of the pharmacies in our scheme.
