Other interests

RHCH is dedicated to providing the highest standards of patient care.  Since joining the Trust in February 2009 I have been very impressed with the level of skill, dedication and enthusiasm of all members of staff.  We work hard to attain the highest standards and the best possible outcomes for all of our patients. These values first attracted me to the Trust in 2009 and they enable me to continue to provide the best patient care in a clean, professional and efficient environment.

I was born in Solihull, Warwickshire and trained in Leeds. I undertook basic surgical training in Newcastle and higher surgical training at the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry, Shropshire.

I am married with a young family and my hobbies include mountain biking, snowboarding and foreign travel. I completed the London Marathon in 2003
