E2 (Elderly rehabilitation unit)

E2 is a 24-bed unit specialising in elderly rehabilitation. Our team can provide effective and realistic rehabilitation in a local hospital setting.

Our ward philosophy includes this statement.
"We pride ourselves by doing ordinary things extraordinarily well."
The Firs can provide rehabilitation for a variety of patients including post orthopaedic procedure, post general surgery, for those with cardiac problems or recovering from serious infections.
We have a successful team of doctors, nurses and therapy staff who are all aiming to get our patient’s back on their feet to return home.
We provide a friendly community spirit within our unit.
