Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) is delighted to announce the shortlisted nominees for the 2024 HHFT People Awards!
The HHFT People Awards are an opportunity to recognise the truly remarkable and inspiring things that Hampshire Hospitals staff do every day to care for patients and keep its hospitals running, celebrating those who consistently live the Trust’s values to make the extra-ordinary a normal part of the care and services it provides.
Members of the public, patients, and Hampshire Hospitals colleagues were all encouraged to share what had made a member of staff or team stand out from the crowd, with over 550 incredible nominations submitted in total.
Following a shortlisting process in March, the staff members who have been shortlisted can now be revealed, with representation from a whole range of clinical and non-clinical roles across the trust.
Hampshire Hospitals will be celebrating all finalists at a special awards ceremony to be hosted on Thursday 13 June at Winchester Cathedral.
Alex Whitfield, chief executive for Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, said: “It has been wonderful to see so many nominations submitted for this year’s HHFT People Awards, celebrating the incredible work of our colleagues and teams here at Hampshire Hospitals.
“Huge congratulations to everyone who has been recognised, including our fantastic award finalists – we’re looking forward to coming together to celebrate their achievements at a special HHFT People Awards ceremony in June, alongside tea parties for all our nominees taking place this month.”
