Welcome to the inpatient information page for Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
This area of our website is here to help answer some of the questions you may have about your admission to hospital.
We want to make sure that you feel safe and cared for, and that you know what is happening throughout. Please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff if you have any queries or concerns about your hospital stay, treatment plan, or arrangements for your return home. We are here to help.
Our three hospitals in Andover, Basingstoke and Winchester cover a variety of specialties and may not offer all the services you need on one site. This means that you may be cared for in more than one of our hospitals during your stay. To find out more about our Trust, visit the 'About us' page.
When you no longer need to be in hospital, we will work with you on arrangements to leave the ward. If you need to continue your recovery at home or in another facility, such as a rehabilitation centre, the community team will take over your care.

At Hampshire Hospitals, we recognise the importance of a good night’s rest to aid your recovery and return to health, therefore we have developed a set of standards to help us do our best to support this – including a set of our commitments to you, as well as some helpful guidelines about how you can play your part to improve overnight stays for yourself and your fellow patients.
