Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) is offering the public, its staff and local communities an opportunity to go behind-the-scenes as the Trust hosts its Annual General Meeting this September.
This year’s event will take place on Wednesday 18 September from 5pm and will be hosted as a hybrid event. Attendees are invited to attend in-person at The Ark at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, or for those unable to join on the night in-person, to view a live stream of the event online.
The event will be an opportunity to share some of the amazing work happening at Hampshire Hospitals and provide an update on the latest activity and performance of the Trust. A range of expert speakers from across the Trust will feature throughout the evening, providing unique insight on their work, whilst the Trust’s senior leaders will also be on hand to reflect on the highlights and challenges of 2023/24, present the Trust annual accounts and share plans as it looks forward to the year ahead.
Please register for your free place to attend by visiting hampshirehospitals.nhs.uk/agm.
Those attending the event will be able to ask questions directly to the Trust senior team and expert speakers, with questions able to be sent in advance via email to communications@hhft.nhs.uk before Monday 16 September.
Alex Whitfield, chief executive at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, said: “We’re really pleased to invite you all to our Annual General Meeting this September, as we look back and celebrate what our teams have achieved in the last 12 months, share with you what's happening right now at Hampshire Hospitals, and look ahead together to the many exciting things to come in the year ahead.
“It’s wonderful to be able to welcome people to attend this event in person for the first time since 2019 too, so please do come along and join us on the 18 September for what’s sure to be a great evening.”
