Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) is calling for the local community to help develop their clinical strategy, by having their say on what matters to them when receiving hospital care.
Since the publication of the trust’s last Clinical Strategy in 2019, Hampshire Hospitals has been through an unprecedented period of change. Teams across the organisation have now developed a new strategy which focuses on plans for the future and more accurately reflects the ambitions and strategic position of HHFT.
Dr Lara Alloway, chief medical officer at HHFT which runs hospitals in Andover, Basingstoke and Winchester, said: “We want to make sure that our strategy is guided by the people who are at the heart of HHFT, and this includes our staff, patients and members of the public. 
“Our clinical and operational teams have co-developed our draft clinical strategy working with other colleagues, partners and patients. Now, we are asking everyone to take this opportunity to tell us what they think, and help shape how we provide healthcare to the people of North and Mid Hampshire, now and in the future.”

Thoughts and feedback will be incorporated into the final strategy, which will be published in early 2022.
