As a Trust we are participating in the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey (NCPES) 2025 to understand our patients’ experiences of cancer care whilst in hospital.

The survey is designed to help improve the experience and quality of care for adults (16 years and over) being treated for cancer. Patients who will be invited to take part in the 2025 survey are all adult patients (aged 16 and over), with a confirmed primary diagnosis of cancer, who have been admitted to hospital as inpatients for cancer related treatment, or who were seen as day case patients for cancer related treatment, and have been discharged during the months of April, May or June 2025.

Further information about the survey is available at  www.ncpes.co.uk

Obtaining feedback from patients and taking account of their views is really important for bringing about improvements in the care we provide and understanding what really matters to our patients.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and people can opt out. If you do not wish to take part, or have any questions about the survey please contact our PALS and Complaints team on 01256 486766 or via email PALSandcomplaints@hhft.nhs.uk
