From Monday 27 January 2025, all pre-operative assessment appointments at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital will take place in the Sherborne Building.
Patients attending their appointment should follow the pre-assessment department signage, with parking available in the Sherborne car park.
The department's new location is part of a range of improvements and enhancements made as part of the relocation, with a new dedicated pre-assessment area for future clinics.
