When someone dies, there are a number of decisions and arrangements that need to be made. We understand that this can feel overwhelming, particularly during such a difficult and emotional time. The Bereavement Service at HHFT is here to support you and provide practical guidance during the early days following a bereavement.

It has been prepared to provide practical advice and guidance, and to help you understand and manage some of the decisions and arrangements that may need to be made following a death.

Our telephone lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm, excluding bank holidays.

To avoid an unnecessary journey or delay, please do not visit the Bereavement Office in person. We kindly ask that you contact us by telephone instead a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
