Greenham Oncology Centre in Basingstoke and Nick Jonas in Winchester are open between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday and provide the following services::
- Outpatient clinics in oncology and haematology
- Chemotherapy / systemic anti-cancer treatments
- Supportive treatments
- Counselling sessions
The units focus on delivering high quality, effective and compassionate care. The staff aim to meet the patients' needs by providing holistic and personalised care.
When attending for your treatment, one of the nursing team will be responsible for administering your treatment and looking after you during your stay on the unit. We understand that receiving treatment for cancer can be very stressful, and we will be happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
Greenham Oncology Centre is situated beside the Ark Centre. It is a separate building which makes it easier to access. Inside we have 1 Blood test/line care room, 1 waiting area, 1 kitchen area, 1 reception desk, 6 Consultation rooms, 1 Acute Oncology room, 1 quiet room and 2 patient toilets. We do not have a separate carpark however a drop off area is situated by the main entrance. We have a seating area outside for those waiting on a pick up with some lovely new flowers to enjoy.
