We now have a digital birth preparation course available for you during your pregnancy. It is free to access and available in English, Welsh, Polish, Portuguese, Urdu, Tamil and Arabic. It contains all the information you’ll need to prepare for your birth – however, and wherever this may be planned.
You will be assisted to access the course via your digital notes or by a QR code provided by your midwife from 21 weeks of pregnancy and is ideal to start from 28 weeks as you begin to consider your birth options.
