There is a new way for you to register for maternity care at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. You will need to have your NHS number available to register. If you don't know your NHS number, the simplest and quickest way is to visit the NHS website. You will then receive your NHS number securely to your phone via text. Alternatively, you can obtain your NHS number from your GP surgery. Click here or on the logo to register and please provide as much information as possible as this will help us to provide you with the most appropriate care.
Completing the registration will notify your midwife team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust who will contact you to arrange your first “booking” appointment. You don't need to contact your GP - we will do that for you. If you are unable to notify us online, please call 07443 987711. We can arrange an interpreter for an appointment if necessary.
