On the GMC specialist register
Expertise in ruling out gynaecological cancers like ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, uterine sarcomas, endometrial cancer, cervical, vaginal and vulval cancers. BSCCP (British Society for colposcopy and Cervical Pathology) accredited colposcopy to diagnose and treat abnormal cervical smears. Expertise in abnormal uterine bleeding and post-menopausal bleeding. Competent in laparoscopic procedures like hysterectomy, oophorectomy, ovarian cystectomy, etc. and hysteroscopy procedures including myosure removal of fibroids and polys and endometrial ablation.
Research
Currently in the process of getting approval for non-hormonal treatment for atrophic vaginitis.Actively involved in local audits on colposcopy as per CQC, Rapid Access services and lapaqroscopic procedures. Have presented in BGCS and RCOG conference in the last 12 months.
