Hampshire Hospitals Palliative Care Service provides specialist palliative care for patients and families.
Through our education programmes we aim to support health and social care professionals to improve and extend their knowledge, skills and attitudes related to palliative and end of life care.
All our sessions are facilitated by experienced palliative care professionals from a range of disciplines including medicine, nursing, social work, and allied health.
Our education is delivered using a range of educational modalities with a multi-disciplinary approach and we are able to draw on a wide range of expertise.
