Dr Jennifer Joiner, Consultant in Emergency Medicine

Training and eduation:
Dr Joiner completed her undergraduate training at the University of Cardiff, graduating in 2007. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and has a Masters Degree in Public Health from Manchester University.
Experience:
Dr Joiner has worked as a consultant at Hampshire Hospitals since 2019. Alongside her role as an Emergency Medicine consultant, she has worked as the Clinical Lead for Basingstoke Emergency Department and the Clinical Director for Unscheduled Care. She maintains an active role in departmental governance, workforce development and education.
She currently works as a Medical Examiner and has a specialist interest in Medico-Legal work, acting as the Emergency Department's point of contact for the Trust legal team and independently serving as an expert witness in her field of Emergency Medicine.
