Experiencing problems with your hearing aids?

Face-to-face appointments:
To arrange a hearing aid repair in-person, please call us on 01962 824437 or email audiology@hhft.nhs.uk  and we will book you an appointment with one of our audiologists.
 

Drop-off service:

Simply bring your faulty hearing aids to one of our designated drop boxes located at:

  • Please ensure hearing aids are securely packaged and clearly labelled with:
  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • Contact details (i.e., telephone number, email address)
  • Detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
  • How you would like the hearing aid to be returned to you (Post or collection)


Postal Service:
If you are unable to visit us in person, you can post your hearing aids to us for repair. Please package them securely and include information with:

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth 
  • Contact details (i.e., telephone number, email address) 
  • Detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
  • How you would like the hearing aid to be returned to you (Post of collection)

Remote Care Appointment:
Depending on the nature of the issue you’re experiencing with your hearing aids, you may be eligible for a remote care appointment. This allows you to connect with our audiologists from your own home using video conferencing. This platform enables us to make adjustments to your hearing aids and troubleshoot certain issues without requiring an in-person visit.

Please note. Not all hearing aid repairs can be done remotely and not all hearing aid settings can be updated remotely. To check suitability and find out more please call us on 01962 824437 or send an email to audiology@hhft.nhs.uk
