1. Do you offer translation services?
Yes. If you require a translator, please let our team know at the time of booking so we can arrange this for your appointment.
2. Can I bring or request a chaperone?
Yes. You are welcome to have a chaperone. Please advise our bookings team when scheduling your appointment so we can accommodate your request.
3. What are your opening times?
- Phone Lines: Open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at 01962 824437.
- Clinic Appointments: Appointments typically run Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (exact times dependant on site and appointment type).
- Weekend Clinics: We hold a monthly Saturday clinic on the first Saturday of every month at both Basingstoke North Hampshire Hospital and Royal Hampshire County Hospital.
4. How do I get my results?
- On the Day: Your audiologist will discuss your results with you during your appointment.
- Reports: If applicable, a written report will also be sent to you following the appointment.
- Medical Professionals: Your results may also be shared with your GP, referring clinician, or an ENT consultant where necessary and subject to your consent.
5. Is there parking on site?
Yes. Parking is available at each hospital. Please click here for details of parking. Disabled parking is available to blue badge holders at all sites.
